Revus Energy Andrew R Armour, Chairman, 2 347 shares, new shareholding is 866 658 shares. Malcolm S. Thoms, 1 006 shares, new shareholding is 1 006 shares. Live Haukvik Aker, 1 117 shares, new shareholding is 6 909 shares. Jane Hinkley, 1 341 shares, new shareholding is 2 383 shares. Carol Bell, 1 341 shares, new shareholding is 2 123 shares. Knut Åm, 2 235 shares, new shareholding is 3 538 shares. Brita Holstad, 419 shares, new shareholding is 11 825 shares.

All shares were purchased at price of NOK 89,19.

Revus encourages its board members to hold shares in the company. Fees for the board members are therefore paid on the condition that at least half of the board fee is invested in Revus shares. Such shares are purchased at market prices. The board does not participate in any share option scheme.
