Alma Media Corporation has been informed that Oy Herttaässä Ab (trade register number 0761658-8), a company controlled by Kai Mäkelä, has today acquired 50 000 forward contracts related to Alma Media's shares from Helsingin Mekaanikontalo Oy (trade register number 1076761-9). The trade is in accordance with the agreement announced on 26 March 2008.
