These voting rights are to be attributed to the company to the full extent according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No.1 of the WpHG. The chain of companies which are controlled by Bâloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, and whose voting rights on Mologen AG are equal or above 3% reads as follows: Bâloise Holding, Basel, Switzerland, holds 100% of the shares and voting rights of Bâloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxemburg. Bâloise Delta Holding S.A.R.L., Bertrange, Luxembourg, holds 100% of the shares and voting rights of Basler Versicherung Beteiligungs-GmbH.
