Sydney, April 3, 2008 AEST (ABN Newswire) - ASF Group Limited (ASX: AFA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Co-operation Framework Agreement with Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Park where ASF has the right to invest and develop an Australian Science and Technology Park within the Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Park.
The Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Park is a high profile China national high-tech industrial park developed by both the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and Tianjin Municipal People's Government where considerable development and investment has been made to date making it one of the largest port and industrial developments in China.
Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Park will allocate 5 dedicated areas within the Park to joint venture with specially selected country representatives. ASF is the first country representative selected for the High-Tech Park.

After the completion of the design of the park, ASF Group will invite Australian enterprises with advanced technologies in green energy, information, environmental protection and life sciences to establish investment projects in the Australia Science and Technology Park."
ASF is now preparing a feasibility study and master plan for the Australian Science and Technology Park to then acquire and develop suitable land within the Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Park and will soon begin to invite suitable Australian companies to invest.
