Bodisen Biotech, Inc. (LON:BODI), incorporated on January 14, 2000, is engaged in developing, manufacturing and selling organic fertilizers, liquid fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides in the People's Republic of China, and have developed a product line of over 60 items. The Company manufactures its product lines, which are then marketed and sold to distributors, which distributors in turn sell its products to farmers. In addition to its manufacturing and sales and marketing efforts, it conducts research and development to improve existing products and to develop formulae and products.
