The Company operates in five business segments: property assembling business, which is engaged in properties assembly and trading; property development, which is engaged in property development and sale of properties; property leasing, which is engaged in property rental, including signage rental; building management and other services, which is engaged in provision of property management, repairs and maintenance services, and urban infrastructure, which is engaged in urban infrastructure development.
