FerrAus Limited (ASX:FRS) (PINK:FRRAF) and the Directors of Lawson Gold Limited (ASX:LSN) are pleased to announce the completion of the Lawson Gold Offer. As a result of the Offer, Lawson Gold has successfully raised approximately A$4.7 million at A$0.20 per share, well above the minimum raise level of A$3m, which will result in the issue of around 23.4 million shares.
