Global coal seam gas company Dart Energy Limited (ASX:DTE) (PINK:DEGEF) is pleased to announce that all formalities related to the compulsory acquisition process for Apollo Gas Limited (Apollo) have now been completed, such that Apollo is now a 100% owned subsidiary of Dart.

The takeover offer by Dart Energy Limited (ASX:DTE) for Apollo Gas Limited (ASX:AZO) has been declared unconditional.

Following the Demerger of Dart Energy Limited (ASX:DTE) from Arrow Energy Limited (ASX:AOE) (PINK:ARWEF) and the subsequent establishment of Dart as an independent ASX-listed company, the Board has been seeking to build out the executive and management team of Dart.

Dart Energy Limited (ASX:DTE) is today pleased to announce an agreement with Apollo Gas Limited (ASX:AZO) to make a recommended offer for all issued securities in Apollo, other than those already owned by Dart.

Shares in Dart Energy Ltd (ASX:DTE) are scheduled to commence trading Thursday on a deferred settlement basis on ASX, with up to 367 million shares on issue.
