Pyramisa Hotels & Touristic Villages Co. (CAI:PHTV) is an Egypt-based company engaged in tourism and hotels development and investment. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, owns and operates a chain of five stars hotels located in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Sharm El Sheikh, such as Pyramisa Cairo Hotel, Pyramisa Isis Luxor Hotel, Pyramisa Sharm El-Sheikh hotel and LTI Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Haheesh. The Company's subsidiaries include Pyramisa Touristic & Hotel Investment Co., Pyramisa Resorts Sahl Hasheesh Co. and Pyramisa Resorts Luxor Co. The Company's operations will be extended to the Middle East with the Pyramisa Suites Hotel opening in Dubai in 2009.
