North Cairo Flour Mills Co. (CAI:MILS), a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries, is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture, processing, packaging, import, export and distribution of different types of grains, grain derivatives and substitutes. Its product line consists of four divisions, namely wheat flour, which includes strong bakers’ flour, biscuit flour, cake flour, all purpose flour and flour produced with Ferrous Sulfate; pasta products, which offers such brands as Mina Cairo and Molino Pasta, Pronto and Regime; bakery products, including bread, pizza (frozen and fresh), candies, cookies, crackers, cakes and pies, and flour milling by-products, such as pure wheat germ and shorts and bran.
