Ajwa For Food Industries Co., (CAI:AJWA) formerly Misr Gulf Oil Processing (MIGOP), is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture and export of cooking oils and ghee. The Company is part of Ajwa Group for Food Industries based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which operates in the food industry through the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Far East. The Company's activities include the production and packing of all kinds of ghee, made from both vegetables and milk; the refining and packing of edible oils made from palm, sunflower, soya bean, corn and sesame oils, and the production of shortening, margarine, butter and bulk oils. As a by-product of palm oil production, it produces fatty acids and stearin for use in soap manufacture.
