As of December 31, 2008, the Company distributed its products throughout the People’s Republic of China through its sales network consisting of 5552 sales offices and 84 warehouses serving 5,872 wholesalers and 69,096 direct retailers. The Company’s products are marketed under the Master Kong brand name.

Wall Street broke the four-day run of gains overnight as a higher-than-expected US Producer Price Index in November raised concerns on inflation. Asian markets ended mixed Tuesday. China's Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell after China's State Council said it plans to cool the rapidly rising residential property prices in some cities.

Asian stock markets were widely up Wednesday after Wall Street climbed to a new high of the year overnight. Gold prices hit a record high for a second day today.
