Furukawa-Sky Aluminum Corp. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of flat rolling products for aluminum and aluminum alloys. The Company operates in two business segments. The Aluminum Flat Rolling segment is divided into the sheet flat rolling and extrusion, which are operated through its subsidiaries and manufacturing plants located in Fukui, Saitama and Tochigi Prefectures. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacture and processing of precision casting products and cold and warm forging products, as well as the processing and sale of aluminum and other metal materials. In addition, the Company is engaged in other businesses, such as contracted manufacturing work, aluminum scrap processing, warehousing, packaging material development, manufacture and sales, system development and management, as well as contracted office work.
