The Group was established in 1995, is one of the major chain retail enterprises in Shenzhen. It currently operates 17 large-scale retail stores with a total gross sales floor area of approximately 200 thousands square meters. 13 of them are situated in Shenzhen, 1 in Dongguan, 2 in Foshan and 1 in Guangxi. The Group’s retail stores are operated under the trade name "Jiahua Emporium", and are principally run with complementary department store and supermarket sections. The Group's precise market positioning and its carefully selected range of products provide consumers with a "one-stop" shopping experience, while its advanced MIS is enhancing operational efficiency. The Group was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 2007.
