Yellowcake Mining Inc.

Yellowcake Mining Inc. (Yellowcake) is an exploration-stage company. As of July 31, 2008, the Company had no business revenue and its assets primarily consist of cash and mineral and joint venture rights. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008, the Company had also acquired from American Nuclear Fuels LLC, 3,700 acres in the Uravan Uranium belt referred to the Uravan-Beck property. As of July 31, 2008, the Company held an interest in two groups of mineral properties: Juniper Ridge property, Wyoming, and Uravan-Beck property, Colorado. Yellowcake’s properties are in the exploration stage. On April 30, 2008, the Company announced that an agreement has been reached with Strathmore Minerals Corp. and Strathmore Resources (US) Ltd. to amend its Juniper Ridge Wyoming Joint Venture in Wyoming, and terminate its interests in the Sky, Jeep and Conoco Files projects (also known as the Texas Database project).

Asian Markets Overview of March 2

On Friday Asian markets closed mixed in a volatile trading session. Japan's Nikkei 225 Average climbed 1.5%, while South Korea's Kospi rose 0.8%. China's Shanghai Composite was down 1.8% and Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 0.7%. Tokyo stocks slid more than 3 percent on Monday after the news that U.S. government will take a large stake in Citigroup. South Korean stocks also made a weak start today, weighed down by the deepening financial jitters and the weakening local currency.
