Western Prospector Group Ltd. (Western Prospector) is in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. All of the Company's mineral property interests are located in Mongolia. Western Prospector’s has not yet determined whether its properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. As of December 31, 2007, the Company held 19 exploration licenses giving the Company exploration rights to approximately 178,000 hectares throughout Mongolia. As at December 31, 2007, the Gurvanbulag central property comprises 13 mineral exploration licenses in north eastern Mongolia. As of December 31, 2007, the Company held six coal exploration licenses in four different regions of Mongolia.
