PVA TePla AG (ETR:TPE) is a Germany-based supplier of plants and equipment for production and processing of industrial materials. It operates through three divisions. As of January 2009, the Company operates through the three divisions Industrials Systems, Semiconductor Systems and Solar Systems. Company’s division Industrials Systems specializes primarily in development, construction and marketing of thermic systems and systems for developing, manufacturing and treating high-quality materials at high temperature. Semiconductor Systems offers mainly systems for crystal growing, plasma applications and quality control of high-quality materials as well as semiconductor devices. The division Solar Systems provides development and engineering of systems for processing high-quality crystal. It operates through locations in the United States, Denmark, China, Singapore and mainly in Germany.
