Kesko Oyj (HEL:KESAV) is a Finland-based company that provides services to the trading sector. It is principally operational through four divisions. Kesko Food, which is engaged in the grocery trade in Finland, it manages K-food retail chains, including K-citymarket, K-supermarket, K-market and K-extra. Home and Specialty Goods trade, offers services through the Anttila and Kodin Ykkonen department stores, as well as NetAnttila, which focuses on distance sales. Building and Home Improvement trade, through Rautakesko, the Company manages and develops the retail chains K-rauta, Rautia, Byggmakker, Senukai and OMA as well as Business to Business (B-to-B) sales. Car and Machinery trade, through VV-Auto, it imports and markets Volkswagen, Audi and Seat passenger cars and Volkswagen commercial vehicles in Finland. Kesko Oyj operates approximately 2000 stores and is active in the Nordic and Baltic countries, as well as in Russia and Belarus.
