(NRSRF.PK) June 18, 2008: Bill Wagener, the COO of Northland Resources Inc., is pleased to announce the results of a NI 43-101 compliant Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for its three main magnetite projects: Tapuli and Stora Sahavaara in northern Sweden, and Hannukainen in northern Finland. The three projects in total deliver a Net Present Value ("NPV") of €1.119 Billion at a 10% discount rate, Earnings Before Interest and Tax ("EBIT") of €5.466 Billion and an Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") of 27%.
