Norwegian Property ASA Widar Salbuvik, Chair of the Board of directors of Norwegian Property ASA, has been appointed to act as unconditional proxy for a total of 5,530,200 shares, or 5.24 % of the share capital, at the company`s Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 July 2008. Widar Salbuvik and related parties also hold 50,000 shares, bringing the total number of controlling voting rights for Mr. Salbuvik at the Extraordinary General Meeting to 5,580,200 shares, or 5.29 % of the share capital of the company.

Norwegian Property ASA Reference is made to the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting in Norwegian Property ASA ("NPRO" or "The Company") dated 3 June 2008. Norwegian Property ASA Norwegian Property has entered into an agreement for the sale of Elvegaten 25 in Sandnes. The property value is NOK 58,9 million. The buyer is HNW Eiendom AS (under foundation), a company owned by Rafoss Gruppen AS, Velde AS og Wiggo Erichsen Holding AS. The sale is in line with Norwegian Property's strategy to actively develop the portfolio and dispose non-core properties. The property value is approximately NOK 6 million above current valuation.

The Board of directors of Norwegian Property ASA ("NPRO" or the "Company") has resolved to seize the current negotiations with the potential buyers. NPRO plans to maintain ownership of Norgani but the company has been contacted by several attractive potential partners and/or buyers of Norgani and will continue to investigate these opportunities in order to create shareholder values.
