As a result of the agreement, the Company has consented to the issuance of a Prohibition Order by the Federal Court of Canada, requiring certain ongoing compliance measures with Canadian competition laws, and the Company has agreed to make a payment of CDN $200,000 dollars towards the cost of the investigation.
