Ratos (STO:RATOB) Ahead of the 2009 Annual General Meeting, Ratos's Nomination Committee proposed that the Board be expanded by one member. Margareth Øvrum, Executive Vice President at StatoilHydro in Bergen, Norway, is proposed as the new member of the Board.

Ratos (STO:RATOB) Ratos's wholly owned subsidiary EuroMaint has signed a declaration of intent with Husqvarna under which EuroMaint Industry will take over maintenance and tools operations from Husqvarna which today employ 85 people.

Ratos (STO:RATOB) Håkan Jeppsson has been appointed as the new President and CEO of Ratos's subsidiary Inwido. His current position is President and CEO of the listed company BE Group. Håkan Jeppsson will succeed Sven-Gunnar Schough, who will retire.
