(TYO:8031) will acquire a 49% participating interest in the Woori coal project from Cockatoo Coal Limited (ASX:COK) for A$37.25 million.
Following the 6th June 2011 announcement on Transit Holdings Limited's (ASX:TRH) move to 90% ownership of its operating subsidiary K2O Utah LLC, Transit Holdings is pleased to announce that the company has received approval from the state of Utah for drilling and further exploration on the Paradox Basin Potash Project in Utah within two months of filing.
This morning the Australian shares dropped, led by energy and metals & mining stocks, after the US and European markets overnight closed lowered in quiet trade. Both the S&P/ASX200 Index and the broader All Ordinaries Index fell by approximately 0.7 per cent.
