Diversified telecommunications services provider M2 Telecommunications Group Limited (ASX:MTU) today released its financial results for the half year ended 31 December 2008, delivering strong growth in earnings, earnings per share (EPS), dividends per share (DPS) and consolidated revenues.

M2 Telecommunications Group Limited (ASX:MTU) and People Telecom Limited (ASX:PEO) today announced that they have reached agreement for M2 to acquire 100% of People Telecom by way of Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme").
