Meteoric holds a 100% interest in three granted exploration licences with rights to acquire up to a 90% interest in exploration licence application E80/2506. These tenements are in addition to tenements where Meteoric is currently exploring for gold and copper in this previously unexplored region.

As part of its regional appraisal of the unexplored West Arunta region of Western Australia, Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) has acquired a 500sq km package of exploration licences over a cluster of more than 50 discrete, high frequency magnetic anomalies evident from regional aeromagnetic data in the Webb area.

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) has completed 22 reverse circulation (RC) drill Holes totalling 1,455m as part of its initial drilling programme at the Coorara iron project in the South Yilgarn iron province. The drilling forms part of a larger programme which was interrupted by severe thunderstorms and heavy rain, as a result three holes remain to be logged and sampled. Drilling is expected to resume at a later date when a suitable rig becomes available.

Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) is encouraged by recent iron ore exploration activity in the South Yilgarn iron ore province, in particular by the potential of some of these activities to positively impact Meteoric's Coorara iron project. Activities include Macarthur Minerals' (CVE:MMS) (PINK:MMSDF) recent announcement of positive scoping study results on its Lake Giles iron ore project.
