Australian resources company GBM Resources (ASX:GBZ) announced it has entered into a Share Acquisition Framework Agreement with state-owned enterprise Jiangxi Centre Mining Co Ltd (JCM), an entity owned by Jiangxi Provincial Bureau of Coal Geology, formalising an investment in GBM for strategic investment and partnership.

The Australian share market closed lower on Friday hit by National Australia Bank and Telstra. At close, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index fell 19.8 points, or 0.42 per cent, to 4650.5 while the broader All Ordinaries lost 17.7 points, or 0.38 per cent, at 4671.9. The Australian dollar fell to a fresh 10-week low on Friday and closed at US$0.8888.
Wall Street closed in negative territory on Friday despite a survey showed that US consumer sentiment rose to its strongest level in three months. But the Dow still surged 164 points, or 1.74 per cent, with four days rally in the week.
Australian uranium explorer Energy Metals (ASX:EME) has entered into an agreement with China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Co., or CGNPH, which offered A$83.6 million for control in Energy Metals.
