Aurora Energy Resources Inc.

Aurora Energy Resources Inc. is involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of uranium properties located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. As of March 31, 2008, the Company had not determined whether these properties contain resources that are economically recoverable. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company completed a single project uranium exploration program and continued concurrent engineering and environment studies at its Michelin and Jacques Lake uranium deposits. In January 2008, it commenced a 20,000-meter winter drill program focused on in-fill and geotechnical drilling.
