Capital Securities Corp. is a Taiwan-based securities company. The Company’s business scope consists of brokerage, e-business, wealth management, corporate finance, proprietary, futures, bond, financial derivatives, research, corporate services and service agent. Its brokerage business is involved in the entrusted trading and financing of securities. The corporate finance business provides capital raising and consultation services for public offering, being listed, capital increase by cash and convertible bonds. The financial derivatives business provides investment and consulting services of new derivatives. The research business collects financial information and making investment analysis and recommendations. The corporate and service agent businesses provide agent services for public companies. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained 65% and 31% of its total revenue from securities brokerage business and proprietary trading business, respectively.
