SVA Electron Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of glass substrates of cathode ray tubes (CRTs), and medium- and small- scale liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and modules. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 33.2%, 32.4% and 23.8% of its total revenue from its CRT glass substrates, trading business, as well as LCDs and modules, respectively. In 2007, the Company produced 10.6 million glass screens and 5.75 million glass necks. As of December 31, 2007, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, seven partially owned subsidiaries and five associates.
