Meritz Investment Bank is a Korea-based company specialized in the provision of financial services. The Company mainly operates four businesses: deposit and loan business, which offers discounting of bills, mid- and long-term credit loans, corporate financing services, cash management account (CMA) services and others; security business, which makes profit through buying and selling government bonds, securities and others; leasing business, which provides financial leases and operating leases used in equipment, machines, automobiles, ships, airplanes and others, and corporate bond issuance business. It is also engaged in collective investment security sales business.
