Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co., Ltd. is a beverage manufacturer in Korea. It produces carbonated soft drinks, juices, coffees, teas, health beverages, soybean drinks, mineral waters and alcoholic drinks. The Company markets its products under the brand names Milkis, Chilsung Cider, 2%, Let's Be, Sarang-Cho, Mango, Pomegranate, Plus Minus, Ceylon Tea, Today's Tea, SacSac, Etc, Cantata and Ryu, and distributes Del Mont and Pepsi products. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the sale of carbonated softed drinks and juices accounted for approximately 34% and 27% of the Company's total revenue, respectively. On September 1, 2008, the Company acquired 100% of Changdae Trading Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the mineral water businesses.
