United Breweries Limited (UBL) is engaged in manufacture, purchase and sale of beer, including licensing of brands. The Company operates in India. Millennium Alcobev Pvt Ltd. (MABL), is the joint venture company in which UBL, along with its subsidiary and Scottish & Newcastle of the United Kingdom have equal stake of 50%. Its flagship brand Kingfisher. The Company's other brands include Kingfisher Premium, Kingfisher Strong, UB Export Lager, London Pilsner, UB Premium Ice and Kalyani Black Label Premium. Kingfisher Premium Lager beer is available in 52 countries. Its wholly owned subsidiary is Associated Breweries & Distilleries Limited. The Company also holds 51% interest in Maltex Malsters Limited.
