The Company has two subsidiaries, Soturo Beteilingungsverwaltungs GmbH and Sopela Beteilingungsverwaltungs GmbH. It has disposed of two of its subsidiaries, Pearl Energy Limited and Dalma Energy LLC in 2008 and 2007 respectively.
