Hang Lung Group Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in property leasing, property development for sale and other investments in Hong Kong and mainland China. The Company is also involved in car park management and property management. Through its jointly controlled entities, it is involved in the operation of dry-cleaning. Hang Lung Group Limited's portfolio includes commercial and retail properties, office and industrial/office properties, and residential properties and apartments. As of June 30, 2008, the Company's portfolio of investment properties included two large-scale developments in Shanghai, the commercial, office and residential complex known as The Grand Gateway, and the commercial and office complex known as the Plaza 66. The Company’s revenues are largely derived from its principal subsidiary, Hang Lung Properties Limited.
