Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) announce the Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report for June 2013 with the following highlights.

Further to the announcement dated 28 June 2013 regarding Yankuang Resources Pty Ltd ("Yankuang") outstanding cash calls payable to the Bauxite Alumina Joint Venture ("BAJV"), Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) wishes to inform the market that on 5th July BRL received a payment from Yankuang settling all outstanding amounts owing to BRL.

Further to the announcement dated 17 April 2013 regarding Yankuang Resources Pty Ltd ("Yankuang") outstanding cash calls payable to the Bauxite Alumina Joint Venture ("BAJV"), Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) wish to inform the market that as of 26 June 2013, these payments, including the sum owing to BRL referred to in the announcement of 17 April, remain outstanding.

Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) ("BRL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce a resource upgrade for the Felicitas bauxite deposit in the Darling Range Western Australia.

Based on BRL's closing share price on 10 May 2013 ($0.12) this would equate to a maximum of $2.8 million.

Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) continues to focus primarily on evaluating bauxite prospectivity in the Darling Range and exploration throughout the Company's extensive tenement holding. Currently BRL holds 22,500km2 in Exploration Licences in the Darling Range of south west Western Australia.

Perth-based bauxite explorer and developer, Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU) advises that its 70% partner in the Bauxite Alumina Joint Venture ("BAJV"), Yankuang Resources Pty Ltd ("Yankuang"), has been unable to meet a number of cash calls from the BAJV Manager, and as a consequence BRL has determined that it is in the interests of the joint venture to part pay Yankuang's obligations to ensure that the BAJV can continue its operations. Accordingly, today BRL has made a payment of $482,869 to the BAJV.
