Mr Scott Brown is the currently Chief Financial Officer of Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS), a listed production and exploration company with an extensive range of production and exploration permits in Queensland. Scott has an extensive background in finance and the management of public companies. Prior to Mosaic Oil NL, Scott was Finance Director of Objective Corporation Limited, an enterprise content management (ECM) software company that has established itself as one of the leaders in the ECM market, where it has been a consistent winner against international competition. Scott was instrumental in guiding Objective through the process of listing on the ASX.

Russell Clark (Managing Director) was appointed Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited on 6 March 2008. He was previously the Regional Group Executive of Newmont Asia Pacific providing management oversight of its Australian and New Zealand gold mining operations. Mr. Clark holds a Mining Engineering degree from the Royal School of Mines, London, UK and a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Nick has over 30 years experience in the industry - most recently Vice President -Exploration for Inco Limited, formerly the world's second largest producer of nickel. Prior to that Nick was the Global Exploration manager for MIM Holdings Limited, after being initially employed by MIM as Chief Geophysicist.

Tom Eadie has significant experience within the junior resources sector, as well as technical and senior executive levels with major mining companies Pasminco, Aberfoyle Resources and Cominco. He is a past director of the AusIMM and Discovery Metals.

Dr Russell Penney BA (Mod), PhD (Geology), FAusIMM was appointed Managing Director of Uranium Exploration Australia Limited in December 2008, and was previously CEO and Executive Director of NGM Resources Limited, a Perth-based exploration company.

Kimberley became an independent entity in May 2008 when the shareholders of CBH Resources Limited agreed to the distribution of its 100% shareholding in Kimberley to CBH shareholders based on a consideration for the net assets acquired by Kimberley of A$18 million.

Dr Rick Valenta has a wealth of experience in the resources sector having spent the last 25 years employed in various roles in North America, Central America and Australia. Most recently Dr Valenta joined the board of Bondi Mining Ltd and prior to this he played a key role with the highly successful Canadian based, Fronteer Group

Mr Norregaard is a mining engineer with over 20 years experience in the resources industry. Mr Norregaard joined the company in August 2002 and was appointed to the board on 1 January 2004 as Managing Director.
